Garment printing with DTF and other techniques
Printed clothing makes your team recognisable at work, on the road and at events. For many full-colour designs, we use DTF: Direct to Film. The design is printed onto transfer film, coated with adhesive powder, cured and then applied to the fabric using a heat press.
DTF is well suited to colourful detail, small runs and a wide range of garments. We assess whether DTF, flex, transfer printing or embroidery is the best choice for each fabric, intended use and desired appearance.
Our process
1. Enquiry and assessment
Tell us what clothing you would like printed and how you intend to use it. Based on your enquiry, we assess which type and quality of garment best suit your requirements.
2. Print and position selection
Next, we determine the most suitable print and its position on the garment. We also consider which printing technique best suits the clothing and quantity required.
3. Quotation and digital design
Using the agreed specifications, we prepare a quotation and digital design in advance. You will know exactly how the clothing will look before production begins.
4. Approval and production
Once you approve the design, BLINKOUT prints your clothing in-house to achieve an excellent finish. You receive a digital proof first, so every detail can be checked.
