Dichroic glass film
Glass that keeps surprising.
A different perspective, a different colour. Dichroic glass film gives existing glass a striking colour-shifting effect that responds to light and your viewing angle.
Light, colour and movement
A focal point from every angle.
Walk past the surface and watch the colours shift. Dichroic film plays with light and reflection. On glass, transmitted light also contributes; mirror and white Dibond each create a different effect. From pink and gold to blue and green: the film, base and lighting determine the result together.
Make a wall, door, balustrade or decorative panel part of your interior design. We help plan the application, assess the surface and match the film to the effect you want. Lettering or a graphic design can also be incorporated.

Installation and care
We arrange installation and finish the film carefully. You receive cleaning and care advice for the chosen material.
Real applications
Three surfaces. Three different effects.
On mirror, white Dibond or glass: the base changes how dichroic film plays with light and colour. Compare these three real applications.

On mirror
In this lift, dichroic film is applied to mirror. The mirrored base reflects the space and lighting, overlaid with the shifting colours of the film.

On white Dibond
This example beside the stairwell is applied to a white Dibond panel. The opaque white base gives the colour effect a different appearance from glass or mirror. Lettering completes the design.

On glass
On the glass escalator balustrade, transparency, reflections and colour come together. As you move past the glass, the effect changes with the viewing angle and light.
Discuss your application →The right setting brings out the effect.
The viewing angle changes the colour
The colour effect is not a fixed print. What you see changes with your position, the incoming light and the background.
The base makes the difference
Mirror produces a different result from a white Dibond panel or transparent glass. We assess the material and finish and recommend using a sample to judge the effect.
From full surfaces to details
Choose a whole surface, an accent or a combination with lettering and patterns. The available film and its placement determine the options.
A decorative interior finish
Dichroic film gives glass, mirror or a suitable panel a striking colour effect. It does not automatically provide privacy or solar control. For those requirements, we recommend appropriate window film.

Frequently asked questions about dichroic glass film
What is dichroic glass film?
A decorative film with a colour-shifting effect. Light, viewing angle and the base determine the appearance together. Glass, mirror and white Dibond each produce a different result.
Does the film itself change colour?
The visible effect changes with the viewing angle and light. The film contains no lighting or electronics: it creates an optical colour effect.
Can you apply film to existing glass?
Yes, on suitable glass. We assess the glass type, condition, any existing layers and the intended application.
Can it include lettering or a logo?
Yes, we can discuss a design with lettering, logos or patterns. We match the materials and legibility to the surface and lighting.
Does dichroic film make glass opaque?
Dichroic film creates a decorative colour effect. Transparency and reflection depend on the film and conditions. For reliable screening, we consider a separate privacy solution.
How do I choose the right colour effect?
A material sample on the chosen base is the best way to assess the colours. View it from different angles and under different lighting conditions. With transparent glass, also look from both sides.
