Mirror film
Let your space shine.
Chrome shine or a true mirror image. Silver and gold films give glass, a reception counter or another suitable smooth surface a striking finish.
The difference is in the reflection
Shine is different from a mirror image.
Would you like a metallic focal point or a surface you can actually see yourself in? We supply two types of film. Chrome film produces a glossy reflection, but not a clear mirror image you can use to look at yourself. True mirror film produces a recognisable mirror image.
Both finishes are available in silver and gold. We assess the surface and advise on a construction and finish that suit your design. A very flat, smooth base is particularly important for a clear reflection with true mirror film.
Four finishes, two effects
Choose the look that suits your space.
Silver or gold is the colour choice. Chrome or true mirror film determines the type of reflection.

Chrome film
A glossy metallic effect that reflects light and colours. You cannot clearly see yourself in it as you would in a mirror.

A golden welcome
A counter that reflects its surroundings.
A gold mirror finish turns a straight reception counter into a striking part of your interior. Reflections of the floor, furniture and lighting give the surface depth and character. We assess the right construction for your counter.
Discuss your application →Real examples
From large scenery to light experiences.
Reflective finishes change how objects relate to their surroundings. These examples show reflections and combinations with lighting.

A good result starts with the surface.
A flat base
With true mirror film, irregularities affect the reflected image. We assess whether the base is smooth and flat enough or needs preparation.
Glass and other smooth surfaces
We assess the right film and construction for each application, including glass, straight counter fronts, decorative panels and other suitable smooth surfaces.
Light and surroundings
A reflective finish brings its surroundings into the design. We discuss what it will reflect and how the lighting works with it.
Finishing and use
Edges, joins and care are part of choosing the material. We match the specification to the shape, location and how the surface will be used.

Frequently asked questions about mirror film
What is the difference between chrome film and true mirror film?
Chrome film creates decorative metallic shine and reflections, but not a clear mirror image you can use to look at yourself. True mirror film does produce a recognisable mirror image.
Which colours do you supply?
Chrome film is available in chrome silver and chrome gold. True mirror film is also available in silver and gold.
Can you apply gold mirror film to a reception counter?
Yes, on a suitable very flat, smooth base. We assess the shape and surface and discuss joins, edges and the desired finish.
Is true mirror film the same as mirror glass?
It creates a true mirror effect, but the final flatness and quality also depend on the base and fitting. We advise on the right construction for your application.
Can the film be used on any surface?
No. We assess the surface, flatness, shape and conditions of use for each application. These determine which film is suitable and what preparation is needed.
Is this privacy or solar-control window film?
This page covers decorative chrome and mirror finishes. For privacy or solar control, we recommend window film specifically suited to that purpose.
