Which Squid finish suits the way you use your space?
Squid is a self-adhesive woven fabric for windows. Its texture gives glass a warm linen appearance. Applied directly to the window, it needs no hanging system. The choice between Transparent and Opaque determines how much visibility and screening you get.
Transparent
A more open weave for those who want to retain daylight and views outside. Its privacy effect is similar to sheer curtains and depends on light levels. At night, a lit room may be visible from outside.
Opaque
A denser weave for greater screening and less visibility. This finish is not blackout: shapes and shadows may remain visible when light levels change.

Chalk, Bone, Oak, Ash, Rock and Coal range from light to dark. Choose more than a colour: light and dark fabrics affect light and visibility differently. We advise you using your space and a material sample.

Questions about Squid window film.
Is Squid the same as smooth privacy film?
No. Squid is a woven textile with a visible texture. Smooth frosted window films have a different surface and visibility effect.
Can Squid be used on high-performance double or triple glazing?
It can in suitable situations. The manufacturer asks for care with full coverage and avoiding Coal in extreme conditions on high-performance glass. We assess your glazing and sun exposure before recommending a finish.
How do I clean Squid?
Follow the maintenance instructions for the chosen finish. Discuss a stain or cleaning product with us first; hard rubbing or unsuitable products can damage the fabric or adhesion.
Can Squid be printed with a logo?
Yes. We assess the logo, desired coverage and placement on the glazing, then match the fabric and print method to the design.
