Frequently asked questions about floor stickers
What can floor stickers be used for?
Floor stickers can present a brand, highlight promotions, guide routes, define areas and add decoration. Examples include an entrance logo, footprints leading to a department, a privacy line at a desk or a large graphic design. We advise on an approach suited to your space.
Which floors can stickers be applied to?
This depends on the film and surface. A flat, smooth, clean and dry floor generally provides the best starting point. We assess tiles, joints, coatings and texture beforehand. Where needed, we recommend an adhesion test on the actual floor.
Do floor stickers have a slip-resistant finish?
We select floor film or a film and floor laminate combination suited to the application. Required slip resistance, foot traffic and conditions are considered beforehand. A slip-resistant finish does not replace proper cleaning and floor inspections.
Can you make stickers in my own shape?
Yes. From circles, arrows and footprints to cut lettering, logos and bespoke designs. We assess whether small details and narrow sections are suitable for the floor and everyday use.
How long will floor stickers look good?
Service life depends on material, surface, foot traffic and cleaning. Moving chairs and trolleys also affect wear. Tell us how the area is used so we can recommend a suitable specification and discuss the expected service life.
Can a floor sticker be removed later?
We discuss this when choosing the film. Floor finish, adhesive, age and conditions affect removal. Adhesive residue or differences in discolouration may occur; damage-free removal cannot be promised for every floor.
Are floor stickers suitable outdoors?
Outdoor applications require a specific material choice. We assess surface texture, moisture, weather exposure and use. Send photographs of the location so we can assess which options are possible.
Do you provide design and installation?
Yes. BlinkOut provides design, production and installation. If you already have artwork, we assess the files for production and consider size, positioning and a suitable finish with you.
How much do bespoke floor stickers cost?
Size, quantity, shape, material and installation determine the price. Share floor photographs, dimensions and the intended application for a proposal with a suitable specification and clear price.
