Optically clear decorative film
Give your meeting room character.
Botanical motifs, fine lines or a playful pattern on glass. Optically clear decorative film gives your meeting room its own identity while retaining a view of the space behind the design.
Glass decoration for meeting rooms
A motif that belongs in the space.
Make a glazed meeting-room partition part of your interior. Consider delicate botanical artwork, continuous geometric lines or a pattern that gradually fades away. Unprinted areas of the film remain clear; the design determines where the view is more open or more screened.
We coordinate the motif with your interior and the arrangement of panes and doors. White ink defines lines and shapes. Colour can stay subtly translucent or gain a more opaque accent with white ink behind it. This creates a considered design across the whole glass partition.

Meeting-room inspiration
From natural shapes to graphic lines.
Six directions for glazing with its own identity. We adapt the motif, scale, colour and layout to suit your interior and glass partition.
Atmosphere, privacy and identity
Give your meeting room its own character.
Turn plain glass into a feature
A soft white gradient, a graphic motif or a pattern featuring your brand symbol: glass decoration brings character to a room. Choose a calm look or carry your visual identity onto the glass partition.
More privacy around the meeting table
A motif or gradient can soften direct views at seated eye level while other areas of the glass stay clear. Combine an open feel with more privacy around the meeting table.
A style that suits your interior
Coordinate colours and shapes with your furniture, walls and visual identity. From a subtle white pattern to a colourful accent, we create a design that suits the room and how you use it.

Questions about optically clear decorative film.
What is optically clear decorative film?
An optically clear film printed with your design. Unprinted areas leave the glazing clear. We can print white ink, a sandblast effect or full colour on the same clear base.
Can you design a bespoke motif?
Yes. We can use your own pattern or illustration, or develop a design based on your interior, branding and reference images. We coordinate its scale, colour and arrangement across the glass with you.
Is the sandblast effect actual sandblasted glass?
No, the effect is printed on the film. The glass itself is not sandblasted. We discuss how dense the print should be and where a fade or clear area is needed.
What is the difference between opaque and translucent full colour?
With translucent full colour, the room behind the image remains part of the view. For a more opaque image, we add white behind the colours. The print construction and artwork determine the final result.
Can clear and printed areas be combined?
Yes. A white logo, a sandblast-effect zone and full-colour imagery can form part of one design. We establish which areas should be clear, translucent or opaque.
Does the film provide complete privacy everywhere?
The clear base allows a view through; the print determines where that view is reduced. Privacy depends on the design, opacity and setting. We match the layout to your sightlines and assess the effect using a sample.
