We match sections, lettering and board dimensions to the space and number of users. A display for a standing team needs a different layout from a compact workstation board.
Writable and magnet-receptive
A dry-wipe finish makes a suitable surface writable. Magnets also require a magnet-receptive substrate; this property does not follow automatically from the finish.
Wall, frame and care
The supporting surface, access and cleaning all matter. We discuss wall mounting or a suitable frame separately, including fixings and care instructions for the chosen surface.

Frequently asked questions about planning boards.
Can you make a board using our own layout?
Yes. Supply a sketch, file or photograph of your current board. We develop the artwork for the required size and materials. You check the process content and approve the layout.
Is a writable board also magnetic?
Not automatically. Dry-wipe writing depends on the surface finish. Using magnets requires a suitable magnet-receptive substrate. We confirm both properties separately.
Can we keep replacing documents and cards?
Suitable holders, insert pockets or magnetic elements on a compatible substrate allow this. Share the sizes and how often they will change so we can plan the layout accordingly.
Do you supply Obeya and scrum boards?
We make physical boards and panels for the approach your organisation uses. You determine the content, stages and relationships; we match the layout and number of panels to your team and available space.
Do you also help improve our processes?
Our work covers board design, material selection and production. Your organisation defines the working method, indicators and arrangements; you arrange any process consultancy separately.
Can the board be wall-mounted or mobile?
We review the options for each size, weight and location. Tell us about the wall surface or your frame requirements. Construction, fixings and any installation are agreed separately.
How do we care for a writable surface?
Use the pens and cleaning method specified for the chosen finish. Cleaning products, dirt and leaving ink in place can affect erasing. We provide the appropriate care instructions.
What does a bespoke planning board cost?
The price depends on dimensions, quantities, substrate, finish, design work and accessories. Delivery and any installation also contribute. We confirm the price, any minimum quantity and schedule in the quotation.
